Some of us walk all day for our jobs, others are stuck at a desk. But, one thing remains the same, our feet ache when we overdo it. Here's a simple way to treat yourself and your feet to a time-out.
This recommendation calls for two chamomile tea bags even though your feet only get to enjoy one. I mean, if we're going so far out of our way to dig into the pantry for the tea, let's just make a cup to enjoy during the treatment, right? ;)
Here's what you'll need:
- 2 Bags of chamomile tea
- 1/2 C Epsom salts (preferably organic)
- Orange peels
- Peppermint Oil (4 drops)
Grab a large bowl or a plastic tub that is big enough for your feet. It doesn't have to be fancy to work, I promise! Fill the tub with about 4-5" of water that is hot but tolerable. Add the ingredients and let them do the work!
